Who we are

This website is operated by Nova Dx, a subsidiary of Promea Therapeutics. Nova Dx is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Questions about this notice can be sent to sales@pronovadx.com.

Information we collect

We collect personal data only when you submit one of the enquiry forms on this website:

• Project brief: your name, organization and work email, and the project details you choose to provide, such as the analyte or parameter, assay format, engagement model and expected annual volumes.
• Product enquiry: your name, organization and work email, the product and catalog number concerned, and any pack size, quantity, order type, country or delivery destination and notes you provide.

Each submission also records the address of the page from which it was sent. To protect the forms against misuse, the IP address of each submission is held briefly in hashed form to limit repeated submissions, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and operational purposes.

Please do not include patient information or other sensitive personal data in an enquiry.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, assess the feasibility of a proposed project, prepare quotations, and keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Legal basis

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing commercial relationships. Where you ask for a quotation or samples, we also rely on the need to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who receives it

Enquiries are delivered by email to the Nova Dx sales and development teams. Our email and website hosting providers process this data on our behalf, only to deliver and store our messages and to operate this website.

International transfers

Nova Dx carries out research and development in the USA and manufacturing in India. Your enquiry may be shared between our teams in India and the USA within the Promea Therapeutics group so that the appropriate team can respond. Where the law requires it, we put appropriate safeguards in place for these transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as is needed to respond to you and to maintain business records of our correspondence, quotations and any resulting agreement. It is then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party tracking. Fonts are served from our own server, so viewing the site does not send information to font providers.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. To make a request, email sales@pronovadx.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
